Fastland ships products from Nevada, USA.

Order Processing

Most in-stock orders ship within 2–5 business days. Small-batch, made-to-order, or newly released products may require additional processing time. If a product has a specific lead time, it will be listed on the product page whenever possible.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout when applicable. Some products may qualify for free shipping or promotional shipping offers.

Shipping Carriers

We may ship using USPS, UPS, FedEx, or another carrier depending on the product, destination, and best available service.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email or text if provided at checkout.

Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier, destination, weather, holidays, or other delays outside of our control.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Fastland is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is missing after being marked delivered, please contact the shipping carrier first.

We will do our best to help provide tracking information or assist with a claim when possible.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery at sales@battlebornwheels.com. Please include your order number, photos of the damaged packaging, and photos of the product.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Fastland is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes can be made after an order has been processed or shipped.

International Shipping

At this time, international shipping availability may vary by product and destination. Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, or other charges required by their country.
