Fastland is a small-batch workshop brand. We stand behind what we make and we want you to be stoked with your order.
Return window
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original condition and packaging.
Eligibility
- Items must be unused and uninstalled.
- Items must be returned in original packaging with all included hardware and components.
- If the product shows signs of installation, use, or damage, it may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.
Non-returnable items
- Used or installed products
- Custom / special-order items (including custom finishes or made-to-order runs)
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange is to place a new order for the correct item and return the original item under the return policy above.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 72 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of:
- the product
- the packaging
- the shipping label
We’ll make it right.
Return shipping
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defect, shipping damage).
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Fastland is not responsible for lost return shipments.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 3–7 business days for your bank to process the refund after it’s issued.
Restocking (if applicable)
Returns that are opened, missing packaging/hardware, or show handling/installation marks may be subject to a restocking fee (or may be refused). We’ll let you know before finalizing the return.

Do not send returns without contacting us first.
