At Fastland, we build small-batch, USA-made products with a focus on quality, fitment, and craftsmanship. We want you to be confident in your purchase.

Returns

We accept returns on eligible unused products within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, uninstalled, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, contact us at sales@battlebornwheels.com. Please include your order number, name, and the reason for the return.

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions. Items sent back without first contacting us may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

- Installed, used, modified, scratched, or damaged products
- Custom, made-to-order, or special-order products
- Clearance, final sale, or discontinued items
- Products damaged due to improper installation, misuse, trail damage, accident, or modification

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our mistake, such as receiving the wrong item or a defective product.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery at sales@battlebornwheels.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

We will review the issue and make it right when the claim is valid.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to contact us first. If the item is eligible, we may recommend returning the original item and placing a new order for the correct product.

Installation Disclaimer

Fastland products may require mechanical knowledge, proper tools, and safe installation practices. We are not responsible for damage caused by improper installation, misuse, modification, or use outside the intended application.
